About Nora 

I’ve spent the past two decades immersed in the world of recruitment — working across RPO, in-house, agency, and executive search. Along the way, I’ve interviewed over 15,000 people, supported global hiring across industries, and seen first-hand how powerful (and painful) the hiring process can be for both sides.


I founded The Candid Journey because something wasn’t sitting right. Too often, candidates are left in the dark, hiring teams are stretched thin, and the human part of the process gets lost in the noise. I wanted to help change that — not through vague advice, but by building practical, thoughtful, and genuinely human hiring experiences. I’m especially passionate about helping companies create fairer, kinder recruitment processes — ones that reflect their values and respect the people applying. I’ve worked across tech, renewables, biotech, digital, and beyond, and no matter the industry, one thing remains true: the way we hire speaks volumes about the kind of culture we create.


Outside of consulting, I’m also a big believer in continuous learning and sharing. I explore new tools, tech, and trends — and love turning those insights into actionable, real-world strategies for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates alike. I’m not here to add noise — I’m here to offer clarity, empathy, and honest perspective.
